Hosting in the Valley of the Sun has its own rhythm. We plan around it.
- Summer heat, handled
- Outdoor events from May to September include a heat plan with fans, misters and shade, and we will suggest start times that keep guests comfortable.
- The right season for your date
- October to April is peak season, and venues book early. Summer and weekday dates often cost less, and we will show you the difference.

- Based in Tempe, we plan events throughout Tempe and the greater Phoenix area.
