Inquire
Send us the basics: the kind of event, a date or season, roughly how many guests, and anything you already have in mind. If you have a budget, share it. It helps us recommend the right package.

Consultation
We set up a call to understand your vision, your priorities and what matters most to you and your guests. No pressure and no obligation.

Your quote
You receive three packages side by side: Basic, Premium and VIP. Each shows the estimated vendor costs, our planning fee, the deposit to book and when the balance is due. Nothing is hidden in a lump sum.

Planning together
Once you book, we build your timeline and work through it with you: venue, vendors, design, guest details. You always know what is done and what comes next.

The day
Our coordinators arrive early, run the timeline, manage every vendor and handle the unexpected quietly. You get to be a guest at your own event.

Good to know
Where do you plan events?
We are based in Tempe and plan events throughout Tempe and the greater Phoenix area. Travel within 25 miles of Tempe is included. Beyond that we add a small mileage fee, which appears clearly in your quote.
How does pricing work?
Your quote has two parts. Vendor costs (venue, catering, photography and so on) are estimates that you pay directly to each vendor. Our planning fee is what you pay us, and a deposit reserves your date. We show every cost line by line, including an optional contingency buffer.
We already have a venue. Can you still help?
Of course. Many clients come to us with a venue booked. We will work with the venue team, and your quote will not include a venue cost.
How far ahead should we book?
For larger events, six to twelve months ahead gives you the widest choice of dates and vendors, especially from October to April. Smaller gatherings usually need a couple of months. Shorter timelines are possible, and a rush fee applies to events less than 30 days away.
Can we have an outdoor event in summer?
Yes, with planning. For outdoor events from May to September we build in a heat plan with fans, misters and shade, and we will usually suggest an evening start.
Do you plan small events?
Yes. Intimate dinners, backyard parties and small celebrations get the same care as large ones.
